To support BMW’s PMO team in tracking dealership performance, I designed a comprehensive dashboard suite that brings together multiple operational KPIs—from sales consultation efficiency and CRM compliance to mystery shopping scores and competitor benchmarking.

The dashboard enables granular insights via interactive filters for month, region, dealer, and location, making it easy to compare trends over time or across markets. Visualizations include bar and line charts, pie graphs, and ranking tables—each tailored for clarity and fast decision-making.

Key modules included:

  • Sales Consultant Analysis: Region-wise performance tracking.

  • CRM & Quality Assurance: Compliance breakdowns and timeliness metrics.

  • Mystery Shopping Overview: Map-based visit coverage with dealer rankings.

  • Competitor Benchmarking: Comparative trend analysis against Audi, Mercedes, and JLR.
