To improve operational transparency and performance tracking, I led the design of a KPI dashboard for MSC while working with Mckinsey consultants. The goal was to help stakeholders gain instant visibility into key business metrics across multiple operational zones. The interface was designed to balance visual clarity with depth—offering a high-level summary while allowing users to drill down into zone-specific KPIs like safety compliance, asset availability, and productivity rates. I focused on color-coded indicators, interactive charts, and intuitive layouts that highlight critical deviations and trends. The final design ensures stakeholders can monitor performance, identify issues proactively, and make faster, informed decisions.
